Management Group
The Management Group makes the connections between different issues and understands how each thematic partnership actively contributes to achieving the targets of the others. It addresses cross-cutting issues, for example, inclusion, area-working and the resourcing of cross-cutting issues. It gets people working together and understanding the different agendas and approaches of the thematic partnerships. It helps build effective working relationships within and across thematic partnerships so that they can learn from each other and it facilitates learning across agencies and across partnerships. The work of the Group improves communication within the LSP and it actively contribute to initiatives, research and projects to improve the effectiveness of the LSP.
